تمثل ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية إحدى أهم القضايا التي تتصدر الاهتمامات الوطنية و الدولية في الوقت الراهن حيث عرفت الجزائر في السنوات الأخيرة تزايد خطيرا لهذه الظاهرة سواء باعتبارها كدولة مصدرة أو كدولة عبور الأمر الذي يتطلب اتخاذ العديد من الإجراءات القانونية و الأمنية و بذل المزيد من الجهود الدولية و الإقليمية لإيجاد حلول مستعجلة لهذه الظاهرة لما لها من آثار سلبية خطيرة على الدول المستهدفة من قبل المهاجرين غير الشرعيين
Abstract EN
The phenomenon of illegal immigration is one of the most important issues of national and international concern now, In recent years, Algeria has witnessed a serious increase in this phenomenon both as an exporter and as a transit country, which requires many legal and security measures and more efforts.
International and regional efforts to find urgent solutions to this phenomenon, as they have serious negative effects on the target countries by illegal immigrants.
