Abstract EN

This study aimed to examine the impact of information systems in improving decision-making for hospital institutions in Sidi Bel Abbes.

The results revealed that the information system contributes to improve decision-making and an effective instrument for management because it provides timely, accurate and integrated information, so it is most supportive of decision-makers.

The results showed that the infrastructure of the system of equipment and programs needs to be developed, and the human resources need training courses in order to develop them to implement the system.

The study recommended to introduce a modern technologies, as a rich source of information based on knowledge and then on a smart systems, and support decisions to activate the web browser, to move towards change and transition of all enterprise systems to the modern technology environment.
