To ensure the satisfaction of its customers and excellence and competitive excellence, and therefore it is necessary to find a method of quality in all elements and stages of production and integrates all the functions and individuals in the institution under the umbrella of "Total Quality Management.

"This subject has not been addressed by many researchers before the study and research in Algeria, where there has been no comprehensive studies to test and strengthen the possibility of applying the methods of Fuzzy Sets of quality, despite the importance that occupies in developed countries, such a study allows to take The decision to compare the results of the traditional methods of evaluating and arranging customer requirements in QFD with the results of the Fuzzy Sets methods and choosing the way to provide a high quality product that enables the Algerian establishment to support and enhance its position and achieve excellence at the national and international levels.
