إن قطاع السياحة و الضيافة باعتماده أخلاقيات مهنية كقاعدة عمل أساسية و إستراتيجية بعيدة المدى لكسب الضيوف و المحافظة على مستوى المنظمة ايا كانت (فندق مطعم شركة سفر) تعتبر حجر الأساس في معيار جودتهاـ و لهذا يجب على المشتغلين بالسياحة بالدول المضيفة أن يتسم أداؤهم المهني بالقيم الأخلاقية و اكتساب ثقافة حسن الاستقبال و الضيافة في التعامل مع السائح مع التعرف علي أساليب حياة السائحين و أذواقهم و طباعهم و العمل علي مساعدتهم و التفاني في خدمتهم مع الأخذ في الاعتبار تنوع العقائد الدينية و الفلسفية و الأخلاقية كما ينبغي علي المرشدين السياحيين علي وجه الخصوص الالتزام الكامل بتنفيذ البرنامج السياحي بمصداقية و شفافية مطلقة علي أرض الواقع السياحي.
و من أجل ذلك جاءت فكرة هذا البحث ليسلط الضوء على مهنة الإرشاد السياحي و أدواتها و السلوكيات الأخلاقية التي يضطلع بها المرشد السياحي مع الإشارة إلى أبرز المعارف و المهارات التي يجب أن يتمتع بها المنخرط بالعمل في هذه المهنة المهمة
Abstract EN
The tour operators in the host countries must perform their professional performance with moral values and acquire a culture of good reception and hospitality in dealing with the tourist, with an understanding of the ways of life of tourists and their tastes and their work and to help them and dedication in their service taking into account the diversity of religious, philosophical and ethical beliefs.
In particular, tour guides should be fully committed to implementing the tourism program with olute credibility and transparency on the tourist ground.
To this end, the idea of this research came to highlight the profession of tourism guidance and its tools, and the ethical conduct of the tour guide, with reference to the most prominent knowledge and skills that must be enjoyed by those engaged in this important profession.
