Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to highlight the contribution of small and medium companies in reducing unemployment in Algeria.

The study concluded shows that this vital sector has become an effective mechanism for creating jobs which relieved pressure on the public sector which is in saturation level.

For this results, a great deal of attention has been paid by successive Algerian governments through various policies and mechanisms targeted to support the development of these institutions.
