Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the reality of the application of economic institutions to the entrances to the development of organizational performance (TQM - administrative management - management by objectives - IT) in general and at the level of the port of Bejaia in particular.

The method of the questionnaire was designed and distributed to the sample of the study from the employees of the port of Bejaia, which were selected in a simple random sampling method.

To achieve the objectives of the research was also relying on the program of statistical package for social sciences (spss).

The study found that there is a general average level of implementation of the development entrances to organizational performance (TQM - administrative management - management by objectives - IT) in the port of Bejaia
