If the difference is innate for human beings which Allah has created in people because of the differences in minds and perceptions, The origins of Fiqh, therefore, is considered the founder of the culture of difference and the builder of the coalition, lt is because of the difference in the branches is based on fundamental difference.

The difference of evidence and methods of weighting, or in terms of control and management of the difference so as not to turn into an intolerant fanaticism of the doctrine and the school of jurisprudence.

This research comes to show us the role of jurisprudence in establishing the culture of difference.
