The health risks with international prevalence are among the most severe epidemics that require the concerted efforts of the international community to confront them based on a strategy developed by the World Health Organization, and what emerges from it, especially the International Health Regulations of 2005 on the one hand, and it includes the internal legislation of countries that are supposed to be in line with these relevant international obligations On the other hand.

However, the reality revealed the weakness of the Algerian health system, in view of the approved procedural and institutional rules for the prevention of various health risks, which calls for the need for a comprehensive review of the Algerian health system.
