Through this paper the theme of divorced wife pension is examined, under the Algerian law as well as other arab laws and the islamic doctrine.

The major chapters of the study are the family pension in general and divorced wife charges in particular, especially the concept, the types and the content.

Without doubt the positive laws are not interested enough of this topic notably compared to the pension of wife and children during the legal conjugal relationship
