Abstract EN

Through this humble contribution, we have tried to shed light on the various constitutional and legal mechanisms that the Gulf States have established to build and strengthen their national identity.

This contribution was addressed by trying to find scientific approaches between stable legal concepts and their ability to orb the various social, political, economic and cultural transformations experienced by these countries in recent years in all their dimensions and effects.

We also addressed the need to develop legal principles and legislative mechanisms which can be able to fram the implications of these transformations at all levels, as well as addressing the need to scrutinize the various legislative and jurisprudential attempts that these legal principles have addressed.
