يأتي هذا البحث لدراسة ظاهرة مستفحلة في الأوساط العلمية، اشتغلت بها المجالس العامة والساحات الفكرية، من ادعاء بعض الناس أن حمل العصا في الخطبة يوم الجمعة من البدع المحدثة في الدين، المخالفة لهدي النبي الكريم-عليه الصلاة والسلام-.
فجاءت هذه الدراسة لبحث المسألة في رحاب الفقه المقارن، وذلك بيان أقوال العلماء فيها، وذكر الأدلة التي استند إليها كل فريق منهم، ثم مناقشة تلك الأدلة مناقشة علمية؛ للخلوص إلى القول الراجح في المسألة، وهذا بقصد إنصاف المذاهب المتبوعة، والتخفيف من التعصب للأشخاص.
Abstract EN
This research examines an exacerbating phenomenon in the scientific community related to the claim by some people that carrying a stick in the sermon on Friday is considered a heresy that violates the guidance of the Holy prophet.
this study examines this issue in comparative Islamic jurisprudence with clarification of the scholars' sayings in it.
