The scientific and civilizational structure is common to all human beings, based on complementarity and cooperation.

We must take advantage of the successful experiences of nations in various fields in order to reach an advanced scientific and knowledge level.

Accordingly, this research dealt with two educational linguistic series with a descriptive and analytical study for each of them, the first is the Abjad series for teaching Arabic to speakers of other languages, and the second is the Istanbul series for teaching the Turkish language to foreigners, Then the comparative methodology used in the study of languages and textbooks for their education was adopted.

Find an accurate description of each other's features.

The comparative approach is considered one of the best scientific approaches that enables us to develop human sciences and others, especially the applied linguistic ones, so we worked in this research on a comparison between two linguistic methodologies for teaching two different languages for foreigners, to find out the positive and negative points in each of them to reach the most complete curricula in language education for foreigners.
