Abstract EN

Combating the multifaceted phenomenon of corruption calls for a strong, effective and inherent contribution to civil society, especially the youth, as well as to state institutions and managers in the public and private sector.

To this end, the Algerian legislator established the National Authority for Prevention and Control of Corruption, which appears through the tasks assigned to it that it expresses the will of the state and its keenness to confront the phenomenon of corruption in line with the provisions listed in Chapter Two of the United Nations Convention against Corruption, signed by Algeria on December 9, 2002 in Mexico, and ratified by Presidential Decree 04/128 of 19 April 2004, which we will cover in this research.
