English Abstract
This study dealt with the topic of violations of the Jordanian personal status law for the Hanafi school of thought in the chapters of marriage, divorce and revocation in three chapters: where the introductory chapter shed light on the definition of the Jordanian personal status law and its historical developments, and the Hanafi school of thought: its origins and elders and the reasons for its spread, as was highlighted in the first chapter on Matters in which the Jordanian Personal Status Law violated the Hanafi school of marriage: definition of engagement: giving back gifts in case of abandonment of marriage, definition of marriage, terms of marriage, age of marriage, the requirement for adulthood in the guardian of marriage, considering competence in marriage, what requires h Ramah Al-Masaraha The amount of forbidden breastfeeding, documenting the marriage contract, stipulating the marriage contract, and the second chapter also shed light on the issues in which the Jordanian personal status law violated the Hanafi school in the matter of divorce and revocation, retroactively divorced divorce, drunken divorce, coercion to divorce, unfinished divorce , Ruling on divorce pending on future times, commenting divorce on marriage, three divorce in one word, swearing divorce, registering irreversibility.
