تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استعراض طرق تقييم المخصصات التقنية لشركات التأمين في ظل إطاري الملاءة 1و2 وتم الاعتماد في ذلك على المنهج الاستدلالي حيث قمنا بوصف كل من معيار الملاءة 1 و الملاءة 2 و ذكر أهم القواعد المتبعة في تقييم المخصصات التقنية في السوق الفرنسي وفق هاذين المعيارين.
وقد توصلنا إلى أن إطار الملاءة 2 وضع ميكانيزمات جديدة لتقييم المخصصات التقنية أفضل من معيار الملاءة 1الذي أبدى نقاط ضعفه حيث تم اعتماد طرق و قواعد تقييم تتماشى مع واقع شركات التأمين الأوروبية و المخاطر التي تتعرض لها و هو ما يعكس أفضل تقدير لها
Abstract EN
The purpose study was aimed to present the the methods of evaluating the technical provisions of insurance companies under solvency 1 and 2, This is based on the explanatory approach.
We have described both solvency 1 and solvency 2, and the most important rules for assessing technical provisions in the French market according to these criteria.
We have reached that the solvency 2 has put in place new mechanisms for assessing technical provisions, better than the solvency 1 standard, which has shown its weaknesses.
The methods and rules of assessment that are consistent with the realities of European insurance companies have been adopted and the risks to which they are exposed, which best reflects them.
