This research aims to identify of ethical controls on the legality of the implementation of the “Istisna'a” one of the main Islamic finance formulas.

To achieve the objectives of the study we have to clarify the various concepts related to aspects of the subject Istisna'a contracts asIslamic finance and it's legality of the contract and as well as air conditioning idiosyncratic to him then importance of "Istisna'a" format financing as a Islamist tool and the importance of the moral side of it.
