However, it's imposed fast reactions, many companies have been forced to adopt new approaches able to orb information scattered and weak signals to adapt with this new environmentIn this context, the processes of vigilance strategic have become full tools of strategic knowledge, to minimize uncertainty, to grasp opportunities and to defend threats.

The objective of this problematic is to shed light on this term that represent essential elements of the performance for Algerien's firms that want to adapt to changes in the information war
