While Arab and Western phonological studies are full of research related to toning, on the other hand, phonotic studies, both Arab and Western, complain of the paucity of research related to the study of toning single silent voices.

This reluctance to study phonetic toning can be traced back to the limitations of classical perceptions of physical phonetics as a result of dominance of perceptual perception and the dominance of the linear approach.

A single consonant sound has a sound structure framed by four coherent organizations: chronological organization, dictating organization, tonal organization, and finally harmonic regulation.

The regulatory organization of the single Arab silences revealed through "quantum phonemes" that speaking out are two types: speaking in harmony, and speaking in contradiction.

Whisper has two types: whisper of harmony, and whisper of contrast.
