Abstract EN

Lexicology is one of the most crucial educational materials in the field of linguistics for Bachelor's degrees.

After having a long-term experience in teaching this subject, especially in its theoretical aspect, we faced an important problematic in the first chapter of “Lexicology: Terms and Cases” which means: terminological multiplicity for the term of lexicology in the modern Arabic lesson.

Therefore, this research paper will reveal the following cases: 1.

Setting concepts for the following terms (translation, lexicology).

2.

The term of 'Lexicology' in the modern Arabic lesson.

3.

Forms of structuring the term in the modern Arabic lesson.

4.

Therapeutic suggestions in introducing the multi- terminology in the university lesson
