This research dealt with agricultural tenure, its goals, and factors of production in the Senegal River Delta region, Mauritania, while highlighting the importance of agricultural holdings in bringing about various shifts in the agricultural field as a result of higher relative productivity and productivity, and improved conditions for farmers' incomes.

The research focused on agricultural tenure in terms of its historical roots, and its real estate structure, which formed the law of real estate reform, the beginning of new types of exploitation that differed according to the size of agricultural tenure, which depends on traditional means and factors of production as a result of weak mechanization and capital, and resulted in a marketing situation that took multiple forms in terms of selling a type Products, means and directions
