Abstract EN

The present research aims at identifying the effect of using the final feedback in learning and retaining the art of performing some free wrestling exercises as well as detecting the effect of the difference between the test and performance test.

The researchers used the experimental approach to suit the nature of the research.

The sample consisted of (12) The Sports Workers' Club is divided into two groups of (6) players for each group, and they are equal in variables (length, mass, age) as well as a number of fitness elements.
