Participatory democracy is the latest approach to achieving local development and embodying its various principles and foundations, by working to create an effective community and cooperative relationship between all central and local official and non-official bodies, all in an effort to integrate citizens in political life and involve them in decision-making and follow-up.

All local projects and participation in their embodiment, in order to keep pace with developments in the world, work to improve the local community and embody the principles of local development, and lay the foundations.
