This study aims to shed light on one of the most important and latest topics, which is especially important because of its association with the Algerian economy, which is the subject of industrial clusters, where we dealt with the promotion of tourism in Algeria through the clusters of tourism - proposing a tourist cluster for Biskra state.

That the tourist cluster is a tool to support the development and promotion of tourism in Algeria, and that Algeria is naturally qualified to become a tourist destination for different tastes of tourists internally and externally.
