This study attempts to present a new view on the topic of QWL and its role in the SHC, by highlighting the theoretical frameworks for both QWL and human capital and the element of sustainability, and to clarify the relationship between human resource and human capital.

One of the most important results of the study is that the QWL is a set of multiple dimensions and continuous organizational practices, that human resources are factors to enable and generate human capital and thus create organizational value, that the QWL is considered as a system or process that has inputs, outputs, processes, influences and auxiliary factors It aims to sustain its human capital.
