This concept goes beyond industrial clusters or sector to the logical and strong links between components and parts of the industrial group.

For the sake of establishing and strengthening these links, we need an approach that is able to explain the relational mechanism.

Along this vein, the modern competition approach (cooperative approach) comes as a contribution to the analysis of the impetus of the enterprise to interact with its business environment, and inputs to strengthen the industrial group, and then the national fabric as a whole.
