The focus of this research aims to show the difference and the relation that exist between the two terms: Language Acquisition and Language Learning, since the pre-acquired knowledge cannot be ignored during the process of learning, considered principally as a constructive activities.

Thus, learning a second language cannot happen independently of the child's acquired knowledge in his first language, even both processes, learning and acquisition, cannot be performed in the same way for all children, because of the individual differences between them, related to all the sides of personality, that could be physical, mental, perceptive, emotional, psychological, or social.
