JEL: , M54, M14, M12 C92This study seeks to identify the nature of the leadership styles used to build a team in an organization, by showing the importance of the leader in the work of the group from the organization and supervision and Tuji and then its role in building the community itself and work on cohesion in order to achieve the overall goals of the Foundation.

The underlying relationship between leadership styles and team building.

We relied on the descriptive approach to the study of a case based on quantitative and qualitative diagnosis in the Algerian Telecom Corporation in Tindouf.

In our study, we found a number of results, the most important of which is that effective leadership contributes to activating the team building, taking advantage of the resources and outputs of the organization.

Finally, the team's composition gives independence and flexibility in the execution of the work.
