Abstract EN

This research Is concerned with the term; its importance and its definition rules of its definition at Al-Ghazali, starting from the introduction of his book "almustassfa fi ossol lfiq'h".

These rules, which can be considered valid to define the terminology from all kind of sciences, not only in the principales of Islamic jurisprudence, as they are general rules based on the logic, with the enough flexibility that makes them fit the legitimate terminology definition characteristics at particular, which will be clarified during the view of the limits laws and their characteristics and advantages at Al-Ghazali.

This research has a practical aspect interested in studying examples of the limits and the definitions derived from the book itself, in the purpose of evaluating their response to the limit laws and the degree of precision in their formulation as a limit to a particular term.

The examples deal with different terminology, including jurisprudence, fundamentalism and others.
