Abstract EN

In this paper, I dealt with an aspect of the Shariah ruling tha clearly shows overlapping content of opinion, however, after careful examination, it appears that the delusional interference is not true; to prove the variance between the ends of those overlapping positions, and since there are many issues related to the rule of shariah, it is not possible to bring all of them in these confined papers I was limited to considering two issues; first of all: concerning things before the arrival of Sharaa, and the scond: concerning the person in charge of Sharia speech, however, following the study of each overlap, I mentioned the effect that it has on fundamentalist issues, which searches has proved to be all moral effects -real-.
