This research paper aims to show the challenges and obstacles affecting attracting sustainable tourism investments in Algeria and how to address them, and one of the most important results reached is that despite the efforts of the Ministry of Tourism to return Algeria's image to the international tourism scene, it did not depend on a marketing strategy by looking at The real is on the wishes and aspirations of different tourists, as there is no clear location for Algerian tourism in the minds of tourists, in addition to the lack of coordination between tourist agencies among them, whether at the local or national level, and the study also found that tourism investments Alive in Algeria faces several administrative obstacles, the most prominent of which are administrative procedures and the spread of bureaucracy, corruption and the ence of transparency, and the study recommends the need to draw up a strategy that contributes to facing the various obstacles that have negatively affected the attraction of tourism investments, and the imposition of strict and continuous monitoring by the competent bodies responsible for implementing and monitoring this Projects.
