Energy is one of the most important elements of a country's economic power, because it is the backbone of its economic power, and this has been expressed through many theories that link energy to the power elements in rentier countries.

From these theories, the study attempted to explain the effect of energy, especially hydrocarbons, on the various elements of Algeria's power, as it determines its actual impact on the economic components of its power and its macro and partial indicators, in addition to its direct impact on the elements of the state's political power, and also addresses various direct and indirect effects on elements Social power, which depends on the function of the causal relationships between the different elements of power and the different changes that occur in the global oil market.
