revolution has become an important factor in violating one s life, by infringing on the privacy of information.

This development has restricted the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals by collecting, preserving and processing their data.

On the other hand, this revolution has facilitated the commission of several types of serious and more complex and organized crimes that are difficult to detect and attribute to the perpetrators.

All this led to research to find a way to fit this type of crime.

This is what the Algerian legislator went through the introduction of electronic communications control as a new measure dictated by the necessity to face the new crime.

However, this method in turn leads to a violation of information privacy, so the legislator restricted it with a set of controls and borders to protect the rights and freedoms of individuals.
