أحدث الدستور التونسي لعام 2014 نظام سياسي مغاير لما كان قبله استجابة لمطالب التغيير التي جاءت مع الثورة مغيرا من شكل السلطة التنفيذية بالتقليص من صلاحيات رئيس الجمهورية لصالح رئيس الحكومة و بالتالي توزيع ممارسة السلطة التنفيذية بينهما بشكل يكرس لأول مرة في الدستور التونسي ثنائية حقيقية للسلطة التنفيذية

The Tunisian constitution of 2014 created a different political system than before in response to the demands for change that came with the revolution, changing the form of the executive branch by reducing the powers of the President of the Republic in favor of the head of government, thus distributing the exercise of executive power between them in a way that is enshrined for the first time in the constitution Tunisian is a true duality of the executive Branch
