In Algerian legislation, social insurance is financed through contributions paid by employers and beneficiaries of labor workers, non-wage workers and persons suspected of labor.

In the case of the inability of contributions to cover social security expenditures, The social needs of the citizen, through taxes and fees, but the sources of social finance are still insufficient to cover these expenses, it is necessary to search for other sources new and effective.
