The Algerian legislator has extended its administrative control over the administrative decisions made by the contracting authority during the preliminary stage of conclusion of the Public Market contract, which is separate from it, and which the contractor and other persons have the right to make.

Appeal of the regulation of public Markets and public service delegationsBefore the public transactions committee competent against these decisions, and uses its judicial control to allow it to benefit from all the rights of recourse prescribed by the legislation in force, allowing the administrative judge to examine its legitimacy, as well as the possibility to make appeal of the suppression of the abuse of power.
