The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between CSR and corporate governance, which is the latest term in business management .

The term social responsibility has opened up many questions in the international economic arena at present.

The role of institutions has expanded from the economic aspect to the social development aspects.

In the major industrial countries, cooperation, coordination and integration have emerged in the tasks of three main parties, the state and the businessmen and society.

Both the government and the economic institutions are making efforts to make the third sector and society benefit from this cooperation.
