The financing of educational policies in the Arab countries is one of the most important problems that hinder the achievement of its objectives.

The government's goals are aimed at achieving the available and limited budget of the educational process.

Therefore, high quality and excellence in educational services can not be achieved as long as funding opportunities In this paper, we attempt to study and analyze the issue of funding educational policies in the Arab countries, while addressing the most important obstacles and problems that prevented the achievement of the objectives of educational policies in some Arab countries, and with reference to the most important challenges Muelah and strategies and alternatives followed.

The main findings of the study are to increase the resources allocated to finance educational policies by improving the efficiency of public expenditure on education, achieving an efficient allocation system, rationalizing free education for all classes and distributing financial resources in a fair and efficient manner
