Abstract EN

Through this study, we tried to know the requirements of rationalization of public spending and the principles of applying good governance, focusing on the case of Algeria.

To this end, we devoted the first axis to identifying public spending and clarifying the reasons leading to its increase; then we touched on the second axis to good governance and we studied its most important indicators; and in the last we undertook an analytical study that includes the development of indicators of good governance in Algeria from 2006 to 2016 and the most important challenges facing governance The adult in Algeria, as we tried to present and analyze the development of the general budget in Algeria during the period 2007-2015, One of the most important results reached is that Algeria still lacks many elements of good governance, without talking about the ence of all the elements of coordination, participation and partnership between members of society (authority and people and therefore a new strategy must be followed based first and foremost on reviving the professional conscience and patriotism
