Abstract EN

Considering the gravity of the phenomenon of corruption, and its negative repercussions on the state and the society, the Algerian Legislator has enacted provision to combat it, and preventive measures, among these measures are those related to the management transparency.

This study seeks to show the value of the anti-corruption measures that are included in the law on prevention and the fight against corruption, those measures that are related to the transparency in the management of funds and public affairs; and this is achieved through researching the extent of their interpretation within the provisions of the Algerian law, whether legislative or regulation.
