In the context of the increasing interest in women's issues, the issue of equality in inheritance emerged as a partial concern of many of modernity advocates who called for changing the legally established rules of inheritance, which in their opinion establish a distinction between male and female, and this is why this research came to show the validity of this belief to highlight the meaning of the founding legal text; the rule of "the male is like the fortune of two women" and the context of its emergence and the rules of inheritance related to it.

To conclude, inheritance has its own system in Islam and that understanding the issue of women in inheritance needs a deep understanding of the purposes of Islam aimed at family and social solidarity and building families on the basis of affection and cooperation, No antagonism and conflict about rights and duties.
