Abstract EN

City human resources and the city economic development have a synergistic effect to attract high-quality talent and to encourage the sustainable development of the urban economy in the city marketing.

Based on synergetics, we find out the evaluation indexes between the city human resources subsystem and urban economic development subsystem and constructed the evaluation system and model, and then used the yearbook data of Chengdu human resources and economic development from 2002 to 2012 and carried on empirical research.

The results show that the level of coordinated development is weak between city human resources and city economic development at Chengdu, but it keeps rising slowly.

The strong policy support shall be provided to Chengdu human resources and economic development by Chengdu government.
