Abstract EN

This study aims at exploring the mechanism of the audio parallelism and how it works in the covenant of Imam Ali to Malik Al-Ashter.

It sheds light on the covenant patterns and its aesthetic and effective potential.

The audio parallelism in this covenant includes not only the formation limits and the phonetic excitement but also intends to establish a textual valuable structure in terms of the functional and textual relations acoustically, syntactically, and semantically.

This has differentiated this covenant from other speeches whether they are prose or poetry.

This covenant works in a growing structure that may extend to cover a wide range of speech and many independent paragraphs that can be seen as a communicating circle image.

Furthermore, it shares other types of speeches in the use of other patterns of the audio parallelism.

This indicates that the audio parallelism is one of the most important expressive modes in which this covenant has been built.
