Construction and Urbanism are among the necessities upon which human life depends.

This is manifested in the fulfillment of the multiple desires of the latter, such as housing, industry, trade, services and other requirements, but this is in view of respect for the environment in its various components, is, the balance between the right to construction and the right to environment.

Urbanism and construction are not left to chance, but they are rather framed by a set of rules, from planning tools to environmental studies and individual urbanization decisions related to the operational urbanism.

So that each one of them contributes in the organization of the movement of urbanization, and in the control of this movement; prior, immediate and subsequent one, and even continuous in some cases, in order to ensure balanced and harmonious construction that achieve all dimensions, especially the environmental one, to reach sustainable urban development.
