Abstract EN

This study aims to present the evil phenomena that appeared in rhe Rostomyya state which was stabilized in the middle Maghreb in Tihert.

in spite of the large number of studies that talk about the imams of the Rustumid state, its civilization and its Abadite scholars, and what is known about their coexistence with different sects and races, but the researcher in social life, especially social problems, finds difficulty to extract the scientific data related to it .

so we tried in this paper to draw conclusions about the social reality.
