Abstract EN

The main objective of this study is to identify staff representations in local administration with a strong mandate on enterprise culture, through a field study, which illustrates the perceptions and ideas of staff on enterprise culture, the compatibility of these ideas with the actual practice of this culture in local administration, as well as the extent to which officials are aware of local administration of the importance of enterprise culture in guiding the values and behaviors of employees and maintaining their identity and cohesion, and their role in developing their skills in a manner consistent manner.
