The concept of globalization has spread since the 1990s and became a central concept to explain the sociological changes , and it imposed challenges before the Nation state and its functions and the traditional concept of sovereignty and it imposed states to adapt it self with these changes.

While Globalization has many dimensions like economical, communicational …etc.

Still, the cultural and political dimensions remain the most disputed and controversial dimensions.

This study analysis the impact of the cultural and political dimensions on Nation State by investigating the political issues like democracy , human rights, minorities and sovereignty .

And the cultural issues such as global homogeneity, national identity, the right to cultural differences.
