Abstract EN

Fibrous dysplasia is an uncommon benign hamartomatous process that presents in young people before the age of 30 with a slight male predominance.

Involvement of the craniofacial bones accounts for 10% of all cases.

We report a case of a monostotic fibrous dysplasia of the temporal bone in a 36-year-old man who presented with unusual clinical manifestations.
