Abstract EN

This study aims at evaluating the evaluation process from teachers and students point of view at the department of Psychology and educational Sciences at Oran University.

For the purpose a list of nine axes was designed, taking in consideration the psychometric characteristics and conducted over a sample of thirty-nine teacher and thirty-nine students from Oran University.

Opting for the descriptive approach and various statistical processes, the study found that some criteria such as objectivity and generality were not achieved from the point of view of students while for teachers it was the opposite.

All of the teachers and students agreed on absence of many standards like the criteria of ease and economic respect for individual differences.

By the end the study concluded with a set of recommendations.
