it’s a term founded by the movement of human relations that called for the interest in human in the organizations, therefore using the concept of administrative empowerment by the organizations will start from their belief that their employers are the most important wealth and source for them, and this is the fact that realizes advancement and developing their abilities which will create many benefits for the organizations, and this will guarantee the organization to access to the world of evolution readiness in accelerated works and movements that don’t accept more wasting time under the hierarchy , routine and traditional administrative patterns.
