تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على أهم و أخطر الجرائم المنتشرة في العصر الأخميني و ما نعرفه بأن الجريمة لم تكن ظاهرة حديثة إذ إنها وجدت مع ظهور الإنسان على سطح الأرض.
وقد تنوعت الجرائم في العصر الأخميني ما بين أبسط الجرائم و أخطرها و بهذا قسمت الجرائم ما بين الجرائم السياسية و الجرائم المختلفة فإن أي أقدام ضد الملك و نظام الحكم يعد من الجرائم السياسية وأي أقدام آخر ضد القطاع العسكري و الاقتصادي أو القطاعات الأخرى أنطوى من ضمن الجرائم المختلفة.
و نتيجة لهذا التنوع في الجرائم سنحاول في هذه الدراسة الوقوف على الجرائم المنتشرة في العصر الأخميني.
Abstract EN
This study sheds light on the most important and dangerous crimes spread in the Achaemenid era, and what we know that crime was not a modern phenomenon, as it was found with the appearance of man on the surface of the globe.
The crimes in the Achaemenid era varied between the simplest and most serious crimes, and thus the crimes were divided between political crimes and various crimes, so any feet against the king and the regime are considered political crimes, and any other feet against the military, economic or other sectors are included in the various crimes.
As a result of this diversity of crimes, we will try in this study to identify the widespread crimes in the Achaemenid era.
